Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting a vendor application and, if accepted, participating as a vendor at 

Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre, you agree to the following event vendor guidelines:

Vendors must remain open and staffed during all advertised event hours. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted without approval from event management. Vendors leaving early may not be invited to future events.
 

Electricity is not provided unless otherwise approved.
 

Vendor vehicles must be removed from the event grounds prior to gates opening unless specifically authorized. No vehicle movement will be permitted during public event hours without approval from event management.
 

Vendors may not sell or distribute alcoholic beverages unless specifically authorized by                              Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre and properly licensed.
The sale of weapons, firearms, drug paraphernalia, counterfeit merchandise, or any illegal or offensive items is strictly prohibited.
 

Especially if you have food vendors:

Cooking vendors must comply with all local fire codes and health regulations. Fire extinguishers, propane tanks, and cooking equipment must meet applicable safety requirements.
 

Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean throughout the event and must remove all trash and materials before leaving. Failure to leave the space clean may affect participation in future events.
 

Overnight security may be provided; however, Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre assumes no responsibility for vendor property. Vendors leave equipment and merchandise at their own risk.
 

Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to circumstances beyond its control. If the event is canceled, vendor fees will be handled at the sole discretion of event management.
 

Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or display are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event, without refund.
 

Vendors and their employees may not consume alcoholic beverages while operating their booth. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
 

Exclusivity
Carolina Crossroads Amphitheatre reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering similar products. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee product exclusivity unless agreed to in writing.
