Most of our events are all ages, unless stated otherwise on the ticket. Children 2 and under get in free, they just need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If a show is cancelled, refunds will be issued. Orders older than 120 days will receive a credit toward a future show due to payment processor limits.

 All shows are scheduled to proceed rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather, we will keep fans updated through our official social media channels. Depending on the severity and forecast, an event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled for safety reasons.

 Onsite parking is available for attendees, subject to a parking fee. 

Yes, we have accessible parking.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the venue. Any vehicles left on-site before or after an event without permission will be towed at the owner's expense. 

Yes, tailgating is permitted; however, each vehicle is limited to a single parking space. Please do not block additional spaces with tents, grills, or other items.

Yes, but only low-profile chairs no taller than 9" from the ground are permitted. Taller chairs will not be allowed. Please note: any bags attached to chairs are subject to search upon entry.  

Lawn chairs will be available for rent on-site. To rent a lawn chair in advance, please visit our upgrades page.

Small blankets are allowed.

Clear bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed and/or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed. Any bag over 4.5" x 6.5" MUST be clear.  All bags will be subject to a search upon entry.   Guests may refuse a bag search; however, the venue reserves the right to deny entry. Any prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle, as the venue cannot store personal belongings.  

In accordance with North Carolina state law (G.S. 130A-496), smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas — defined as spaces with a roof and permanent or temporary walls or coverings.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all seated areas. They are permitted in the lawn area; however, if smoke becomes disruptive to nearby guests, you may be asked to move to a designated smoking area.

Signs 8.5" x 11" and under are allowed. Anything over these dimensions is prohibited.

Camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras are allowed in the venue. Cameras that have detachable lenses, or a lense over 1" are considered professional and are NOT allowed.

Yes, service animals are welcome but must remain under the handler’s control at all times, using a leash. Our staff is not responsible for caring for service animals, including cleanup. Animals must stay on the ground and are not permitted on chairs or tables in food areas. Disruptive animals may be denied entry.

If your service animal needs a relief area, please see Guest Services. You’ll be allowed to exit and re-enter the venue with their help.

Yes, security is located throughout the venue to ensure the safety of all guests and attendees.

We have a first-aid center and medical professionals available at all times during an event to assist with any issues.

No, weapons of any kind are not allowed on our property, even with a permit. If you arrive with a weapon, it must be secured in your vehicle in accordance with local laws. The venue will not store weapons and is not responsible for any items left in vehicles.
