Tickets and admission

Yes, tickets will be available at the gate only on show days at an increased rate.


Yes, our box office hours are T-F 10am-4pm.

Most of our events are all ages, unless stated otherwise on the ticket. 

Children 2 and under get in free, they just need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap. 

Under 18 MUST  be accompanied by an adult.


No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. 

If a show is cancelled, refunds will be issued. 

Orders older than 120 days will receive a credit toward a future show due to payment processor limits.


You can stay up to date by subscribing to our email list and following us on Facebook and Instagram.


 All shows are scheduled to proceed rain or shine. However, in cases of severe weather, we will keep fans updated through our official social media channels. 

Depending on the severity and forecast, an event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled for safety reasons.


parking

 Onsite parking is available for attendees, subject to a parking fee. 


Yes, we have accessible parking.


Yes, overnight parking is allowed. We DO NOT encourage drinking and driving, and we want everyone to get home safely. If needed, you’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. Please plan to return and pick it up the following day. 

Note: We do not have RV hookups


Yes, tailgating is permitted; however, each vehicle is limited to a single parking space. 

Please do not block additional spaces with tents, grills, or other items. 


venue guidelines

ALLOWED:

  • Clear bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or wallet bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
  • Cell phones
  • Blankets
  • Small cameras - nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Refillable CLEAR non-glass water bottles are permitted but must be empty upon entry into the venue. (free refillable water stations on-site)
  • Small battery-operated hand-held fans
  • Foldable chairs (Please note: any bags attached to chairs are subject to search) upon entry. 

NOT ALLOWED:

  • Weapons and sharp objects of any kind
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Umbrellas/tents
  • Strollers
  • Coolers
  • Glass bottles, Yeti cups, Stanleys, etc.
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses
  • GoPros
  • Audio or video recorders
  • iPad or tablets
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Signs or banners over 8.5" x 11"
  • Flags

Please note:
For safety, sanitation, and consistency, only drinkware purchased at this event is permitted inside the venue. Even if you bought one of our awesome tumblers at a previous event, please leave it at home - each event has its own approved items. 


Yes, foldable chairs are permitted. 

Please remove chairs from bags BEFORE you get to the gate. 

Any bags attached to chairs are subject to search upon entry.  

Small blankets are allowed.


 

 Bringing chairs or blankets? We love that for you - but let’s play fair!

 No claiming the lawn like it’s beachfront property.
No roping off the family reunion section.
No holding spots for your cousin who’s “on the way.”


Space is first come, first served -  and it’s for folks who are actually here.
Unattended setups may be removed so everyone gets a fair shot at a great view.

Let’s keep it chill and make room for everyone to enjoy the show! 


Clear bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed and/or small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed. Any bag over 4.5" x 6.5" MUST be clear.  All bags will be subject to a search upon entry.   Guests may refuse a bag search; however, the venue reserves the right to deny entry. Any prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle, as the venue cannot store personal belongings.  


 

🚭 Smoking & Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

In accordance with North Carolina law (G.S. 130A-496), smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed or seated areas, including covered spaces and general admission sections.

If you wish to smoke or vape, please use one of the clearly marked smoking areas on-site.

Let’s keep the air clear and the experience great for everyone!


Signs 8.5" x 11" and under are allowed. Anything over these dimensions is prohibited.


Camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras are allowed in the venue. Cameras that have detachable lenses, or a lense over 1" are considered professional and are NOT allowed.

Yes, cash and card are accepted in the venue.


food & drink

No, outside food and drink are strictly prohibited in the venue.


Yes, we have food trucks and beverage booths available at all events.


Yes, we offer a selection of beer and liquor available for purchase in the venue. You must have a Valid State issued ID to purchase or consume alcohol 


accessibility

Yes, our venue is ADA compliant. We offer accessible parking, seating, restrooms, and support services to ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience. If you need assistance during your visit, please contact our Guest Services team — we’re happy to help! 


Yes, we offer accessible seating


Yes, service animals are welcome but must remain under the handler’s control at all times, using a leash. Our staff is not responsible for caring for service animals, including cleanup. Animals must stay on the ground and are not permitted on chairs or tables in food areas. 

Disruptive animals may be denied entry.

If your service animal needs a relief area, please see Guest Services. 

You’ll be allowed to exit and re-enter the venue with their help.


safety & security

Yes, security is located throughout the venue to ensure the safety of all guests and attendees.


We have a first-aid center and medical professionals available at all times during an event to assist with any issues.


No, weapons of any kind are not allowed on our property, even with a permit. If you arrive with a weapon, it must be secured in your vehicle in accordance with local laws. The venue will not store weapons and is not responsible for any items left in vehicles.
